Can You Spray Paint Vertical Blinds

When deciding to spray paint what you have instead of buying new you need to calculate the cost of supplies and your time as to whether that outweighs the expense of new blinds.

I was very pleased with the paint itself. You will need 2 or 3 coats because fabric absorbs the paint very quickly and it will dry lighter than the color you paint. In the next picture the left side has 2 coats and the right side only one. The spray paint also made the strings stiff so that does affect the how easily the blinds raises and lowers. I let it dried a bit before closing the blinds and spraypainting again. Well i spray painted the vertical blinds.

You just need to hang the blinds in a way to be able to open and close the blinds. Instead of running out and buying a new color you can paint them instead. Whether vinyl or fabric vertical blinds can be transformed with a coat of paint. Please look at my other video on how.
